Course Description
Science 600(S1) is the first course in a two-semester sequence. Major concepts in this course include: Developing and Conducting Scientific Experiments, Analyzing and Communicating Scientific information, Developing and Applying Scientific Knowledge, States and Properties of Matter, Atoms and the Periodic Table, Motion and Forces, Electricity and Magnetism, Light, Cell Structure and Functions, and Genetics. The online course also includes audio resources that can "read" content to students along with 17 different language translation options. This course is offered with teachers located in South Dakota.
