CT01613 - Child Development Associate

Course Description

Child Development Associates effectively care for and educate young children in homes, centers, or school settings.  The credentialing process is a powerful tool to help you gain the knowledge to put competency standards into practice and understand how to help children move with success from one developmental stage to another.  The goal of this class is to help you develop your competency. 

**This course is a rigorous, online, year-long course where students will receive 1 credit by completing all the requirements:  120 hours of coursework 480 hours of work experience (past experience will be accepted), and portfolio.  The student will be eligible to apply for the CDA exam once they complete the course.
