Course Description
Geometry, S1 is the first course in a two-semester sequence. This course takes previous mathematical knowledge and moves the focus towards generating mathematical ideas and arguments. Major concepts in this course include: spatial thinking, transformational geometry, angles and congruency, triangle congruency, triangle relationships and proofs, parallelograms and angle proofs, and proportional geometry. The online course also includes audio resources that can "read" content to students along with 17 different language translation options. This course is taught by a South Dakota based teacher.
