										Course Description
									
									Chemistry, S2 is a science course that builds on topics introduced in Chemistry S1. Units of study include: Thermodynamics; Reaction Kinetics and Equilibrium; Acids and Bases; Oxidation-Reduction and Electrochemistry; Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry; and Nuclear Chemistry.  Each unit contains several chapters that are presented through a warm-up, followed by instruction and summary, then an assignment, and finally a quiz.  There are virtual labs included in each unit.  The online course also includes audio resources that can "read" content to students along with 17 different language translation options. This course is taught by a South Dakota based teacher.
