Course Description
Integrated Math II, S1 is the first course in a two-semester sequence. This course moves students through major topics in number theory, includes a derivation of the quadratic equation, investigates expressions/equations, and requires students to apply probability to everyday situations. Major concepts in this course include: number systems, radical and polynomial expressions, quadratic functions, functions and function inverses, modeling with functions, writing equations and inequalities, solving quadratic equations, probability and sets, and applying probability. The online course also includes audio resources that can "read" content to students along with 17 different language translation options. This course is taught by a South Dakota based teacher.
